Tahoma BOYS Lacrosse Programs

About

Lacrosse is known as the oldest sport in North America with its roots from Native Americans. Lacrosse has rapidly become the fastest growing sport in the United States. Traditionally popular in the Northeast, especially in Baltimore, Boston and New York, it is now gaining ground in California and the Northwest.

At the high school level, no other sport has grown faster over the last 10 years.

Our Boys teams serve youth and high school players residing within the Tahoma School District boundaries. Exceptions can be made for youth teams ONLY.

All players must have a current US Lacrosse membership.  It costs $30-35 and is valid for 1 year to cover the players and parents with our team insurance.  Purchases or renewals can be done at www.uslacrosse.org

SPRING: Spring lacrosse season is our game and tournament season.  Its action packed with practices during the week and games 1-2 games each week.  Our directors and coaches will provide players of all abilities, levels and positions the opportunity to learn, improve and refine every facet of their game, from teaching the basic fundamental skills to more advanced concepts.

FALL:  Fall ball is traditionally different than our spring season.  This is more of a clinic/practice style season designed to learn more about the sport and improve skills. It's more relaxed and there are a few games. Our lacrosse clinic series will balance between traditional and progressive drills which provide tangible results to youth and high school lacrosse players in grades 3rd thru 12th.
