Tahoma Lacrosse Club Auction 2016

Procurement Guidelines

 

  • Every family is graciously encouraged to procure goods or services.  A family can donate cash in lieu of procuring items.
  • All procured items must be new, unused and in their original packaging.
  • We try to have businesses contacted by only one Tahoma Lacrosse family.  Before approaching a business please review the list of businesses that have already donated to date on our club’s website here.
  • Notify the procurement team at   once you have made contact or are planning on contacting a business, so that we have the most current information.
  • Cash donations are gladly accepted and often qualify for company matching.  Please contact your employer if your company offers matching. 
  • Each item, service or cash gift MUST have an accompanying Procurement Form fully completed and submitted with the item.
  • Print the Procurement Form, complete it and attach to your items.

  • Contact Susan Kelder at procurement@tahomalax.org to arrange for pick up or drop off of your procurement form and item.
  • All donations are tax deductible
  • All procurement items must be received by April 22, 2016.
